A statue of Alagiyawanna Mukawetti, a Seethawaka-era poet and scholar who lived in the Hiswella village in the Dompe Divisional Secretariat Division, was unveiled at the office premises on 2021.12.08 on a concept by Dompe Divisional Secretary NAAS Nissankarachchi.
